This is a one-of-a-kind top hat made of upcycled materials.
The top hat is an original Edinburgh antique I found at a scottish car boot and has a beautiful furry outter texture.
I used scrap pull-up leather pieces from my local cobbler to create the band around it and added two intricate macrame pieces on it; a faux turquoise and a red jasper one, using black linhasita cord and brass beads.
I also added buzzard feathers I found in the wild in Devon, England.
I finished it off with a corset detail in the back.
The top hat, being an antique, has some slight imperfections, which add to the vintage style.
